Custom T-Shirt Printing Singapore

Custom T-Shirts Singapore: Printing, MOQ & Bulk Orders

Event tees, staff uniforms, D&D shirts and onboarding kits. We print and embroider dri-fit and cotton t-shirts and polos in Singapore, with a digital proof before anything goes to production and tiered pricing that steps down with quantity.

Why t shirts work as corporate gifts

Worn, not stored

A shirt that fits gets worn to the gym, to sports day and on weekends. Few gifts stay in circulation this long.

Dri-fit or cotton

Dri-fit for events, sports days and outdoor work; combed cotton for a softer everyday feel. We quote both so you can compare.

Print or embroider

Silkscreen for bold multi-piece runs, heat transfer for detailed artwork, embroidery for polos where a stitched logo reads as more premium.

Full size runs

Kids through to 5XL on most models, so nobody in the team is left out of the size chart.

Samples before you commit

A physical sample can be produced before a large run so you can check fit, weight and colour in person.

One supplier for the whole kit

Shirts, caps and tote bags have gone out together on the same delivery - one artwork brief, one proof round, one invoice.

The t shirt formats we customise

How ordering works

1

Send artwork, quantity and sizes

Tell us the model, the size split and how many. We advise on print method and placement, and flag anything that will not reproduce cleanly at that size.

2

Approve a digital proof

You see the garment colour, logo placement and print size before production starts. Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.

3

Production and delivery

Production runs about 10-14 days after artwork confirmation, then delivery islandwide. Working to a fixed event date? Tell us the date and we confirm against current load.

Printing on t-shirts: which method for which job

Silkscreen is the most economical for larger runs with a simple, few-colour logo. Ink sits on the fabric and survives repeated washing, which is why it stays the default for event tees.

Heat transfer handles detailed or photographic artwork, gradients and small text that silkscreen would lose. It is the better choice for smaller quantities where screen setup is not worth amortising.

Embroidery stitches the mark instead of printing it. It reads as more premium on polos and is the usual pick for uniforms and long-service gifts. Fine detail and very small text do not embroider well, so we will tell you if artwork needs simplifying first.

Dri-fit or cotton?

Dri-fit is a polyester knit that moves moisture away from the skin. It is lighter, dries faster and holds printed colour vividly, which makes it the standard for sports days, road shows and anything outdoors in Singapore weather.

Cotton feels better against the skin and drapes more like everyday clothing, so recipients are more likely to wear it off-duty. It is heavier and takes longer to dry. For a mixed audience we often quote dri-fit for the event and cotton for the keepsake run.

Sizing across a whole company

Collect sizes before you order, not after. Asian and US sizing differ by roughly one step on most models, so a team that self-reports "M" often needs L. A physical sample resolves this in one round, and we can produce one before a large order is confirmed.

Order a small buffer in the two commonest sizes. It costs less than a second production run for the three people whose shirts did not fit.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for custom t-shirt printing in Singapore?

It depends on the print method. Heat transfer works economically on small runs; silkscreen has a screen setup cost that suits larger quantities. Tell us your quantity and we will recommend the method that gives you the best unit price.

How much does a custom t-shirt cost in Singapore?

At 500 pieces we have quoted dri-fit at S$4.50 per piece and combed cotton at S$5.65 per piece for a single-colour print. Smaller quantities price higher per piece. Send your quantity and artwork for a firm quote.

How long does production take?

About 10-14 days after artwork confirmation, plus delivery. If you have a fixed event date, say so in your enquiry and we will confirm feasibility against current production load before you commit.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. A physical sample can be produced so you can check fit, fabric weight and print colour before a large run. Ask for it in your enquiry.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

On silkscreen, yes - send your Pantone reference or logo file and we confirm before production. Digital and heat-transfer methods get very close but are not Pantone-guaranteed.

Do you do polos with embroidery?

Yes, on both cotton and dri-fit polos. Embroidery suits uniforms and long-service gifts. Very fine detail does not stitch cleanly, so we will flag artwork that needs simplifying.

Ready to brand your t shirts?

Send us your logo and quantity - you get a digital proof and a firm quote before anything goes to production.
