Send artwork and quantity
Tell us the material and how many. We recommend the print method and the largest logo size the panel will carry cleanly.

Approve a digital proof
You see placement and print size on the bag before production. Nothing prints without sign-off.

Production and delivery
Production has run 4-6 days after artwork confirmation on stocked totes, then delivery islandwide. Bespoke patterns take about two weeks.

Canvas, non-woven or recycled RPET?
Cotton canvas is the premium choice: it holds its shape, survives years of use and feels substantial in the hand. It costs more per piece and is the right call when the bag is the gift rather than the wrapping.
Non-woven polypropylene is the economical workhorse for large handouts. Lighter and less structured, but it takes print well and comes in a wide range of body colours.
Recycled RPET is woven from recovered plastic bottles. It performs close to non-woven while letting the gift support a sustainability claim instead of contradicting it - worth the small premium if that matters to your audience.
Getting the print right
Silkscreen suits simple few-colour logos and larger runs; heat transfer handles detailed or photographic artwork and smaller quantities. Print one side to keep costs down, or both when the bag will be seen from behind in a crowd - we have run double-sided prints for event use.
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) where you can. If all you have is a low-resolution file we will redraw it at no charge rather than print something soft.
Sizing for what goes inside
Decide what the bag has to carry before choosing a size. A conference pack with an A4 folder and a bottle needs a wider gusset than a shopper. A tote with no gusset lies flat and prints beautifully but holds much less than its dimensions suggest.
Handle length matters too: short handles are hand-carry only, longer handles clear a shoulder and a winter coat. For daily-use gifts, shoulder length gets more wear.
